Before it was a film studio, Penalty Productions was a creative dare.
It began in the cold quiet of a Michigan forest, where a small, scrappy crew shot a short film called The Penalty. It wasn’t a big production—just a camera, a few close collaborators, and a story that needed to be told. No permits. No budget. No guarantees.
But it had urgency. It had AMBITION.

Logan Mansberger is the Founder and CEO of Penalty Productions®. He oversees all operations and management for film productions under Penalty Production’s label of media. Including expansion in operations pertaining to intellectual property, film production, and distribution.

Adaobi Ugoagu is the Head of Content for Penalty Productions. With nearly a decade of leading creative storytelling for brands such as Chipotle, Disney and Converse, she oversees and green lights projects for Penalty Production’s label of media.
